“Partners Reception” Celebrates Partnerships
and Inaugurates New Capacity Development Program

Like all U.S. government programs in Cyprus, the new USAID-funded Capacity Development Program (CDP) is aimed at facilitating reunification of the island. CDP will address skills gaps in critical areas and is designed to complement other donor programs by providing capacity development and training. Implemented by World Learning, Inc, CDP was officially launched at a reception on May 14 where CDP’s international experts and local partners discussed the ways in which improving service quality and adopting international standards can improve productivity economy-wide.
